ثالثاً: الشروط والأحكام
1. يحق للطالب أو ولي الأمر طلب استرداد الرسوم خلال 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ بدء الدورة.
2. تتم إعادة الرسوم بعد خصم أي رسوم إدارية، وكذلك قيمة الساعات أو الجلسات التي تم تقديمها فعلياً للطالب.
3. يجوز للمتدرب الاعتذار عن حضور جلستين فقط خلال مدة التدريب، ويتم تعويض الجلسات المتبقية خلال الفترة المحددة للبرنامج وفق المواعيد المتاحة لدى المعهد.
4. يحق للمتدرب إلغاء تسجيله قبل موعد بدء الدورة بأسبوع واحد على الأقل.
5. تخضع عمليات الاسترداد والإلغاء للسياسة المعتمدة لدى معهد المنال للتدريب.
6. لا يسمح بتسريب أو نشر أو إعادة توزيع المحتوى التدريبي أو المواد التعليمية المقدمة من المعهد دون موافقة مسبقة.
7. لا يسمح بتصوير الحصص التدريبية أو نشر صور أو مقاطع تتعلق بالمدرب أو المشاركين عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي دون موافقة المعهد والأطراف المعنية.
8. يلتزم الطالب بالحضور في المواعيد المحددة واتباع تعليمات المعهد والمحافظة على السلوك المناسب أثناء التدريب.
9. في حالة التدريب عن بُعد، يلتزم الطالب باستخدام بيانات الدخول الخاصة به وعدم مشاركتها مع أي شخص آخر.
رابعاً: الإقرار والموافقة
بإتمام التسجيل، يقر الطالب أو ولي أمره بأنه قد اطّلع على بيانات البرنامج والشروط والأحكام وسياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد، ووافق عليها قبل إتمام عملية التسجيل والدفع.
